Smart way to School
Encourage your children to maximize their talents by supporting them. Let them feel you’re one with them by following these simple tips:
1. Reiterate the importance of school. There is a tendency for your child to become uninterested in academics. To avoid this, sit down and gently remind him of the value of education. Parents must allow kids to pursue their athletic hopes and dreams while not forgetting that education comes first.
2. Check their nutrition intake. Ensure that your future athletes are provided with proper nutrition by giving those well balanced meals and the right food supplement.

Bully
Technology has brought the world closer to our children. Today, kids are used to broadcasting personal information to the world at large via texts, postings to chat groups and status updates on social networking sites. But what happens when this technology is use to attack your child?
The nation was recently riveted by leaked sex videos, with the adult participants declaring that they can never recover from the shame of having heir most intimate activities shared on the world stage. If adults suffer nervous breakdowns, imagine what the pressure and humiliation of cyber bullying is one that can leave an indelible emotional scar.
It’s bullying a victim with the use of the internet or other digital technology. This type of bullying is more insidious because unlike playground bullies, cyber bullies can follow your child anywhere, even on the sanctuary of his own home.
The leader in your child
Every parent nurtures the belief that his child has the potential to lead. If not to be a great leader of men, then to at least be able to lead his own life properly, be a strong example for others, live by principles, and be an influence for good. All he needs is encouragement, guidance, the right environment, and of course, optimum nutrition.
And it all begins with aiding a child’s development. Aside from advancing the brain capabilities of a child, his leadership skills can manifest in the simplest of cues. The leader mindset is seen in is emotions and social behaviour. Some obvious social traits manifested are initiative, confidence, independence, self control, teamwork; decision making skills, and even honesty and fairness.
The fact is leadership knows no age. That is why when you start them young, the better. For a true leader not only displays basic problem solving abilities but exceptional social skills as well.
In shaping a child to be an outstanding leader of society, we must put importance in advancing his mental abilities with as much consideration in developing his social and emotional skills. If we want a child to stand out in a complex environment, his social-emotional growth should only be just as important as his brain and physical advancement.
