Bringing up a fitter champion starts from the womb. Many women do not realize that their baby is what they eat. A woman who is healthy and fit before and during her pregnancy is more likely to bear a normal and healthy baby. Babies are grow most rapidly during their first year of life that is why their food, which is mostly milk, must contain sufficient amount of the required nutrients needed to support their rapid growth and development and help develop and strengthen their still immature immune system.

Fitter children are more eager to get involved in play activities, games and sports. They tend to be more sociable and emotionally adjusted.
Indeed, fitter champions can be made with the right combination of proper nutrition, sufficient exercise, and loving care. Nutrition definitely plays an important role in building a solid foundation for growing children. Give your child the proper nourishment particularly during his growing years to ensure he gets a strong physical foundation needed to enjoy the best things in life.
